Strengthening economic development and regional policy cooperation in West Africa and consultations on issues such as the Agreement on Cooperation in the Eye Economic Union of West Africa. Cooperate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture and other departments to develop cooperation guidelines and plans.  The alliance aims to strengthen the two sides' response to the food crisis, lack of materials, improvement of medical quality, disease prevention, and people's technology, cooperation in the field of knowledge education and regional integration, and accelerate the process of negotiations on the "West Africa Eye Economic Union Cooperation Agreement".
