September 2019, President of West African Economic and Trade Cooperation Association, Tan Sri Dr. Aixinjueluo Yuhao JP and Chairman of the Board from XINLIWANG International Holdings Co Ltd, Tan Sri Dr. Chuang Chou-Wen had a signing ceremony which forming Agrotechnology Research Centre and Multimedia Entertainment & Movie Development Research Centre with Lincoln Research Centres .
